I went to wimpy westgate for a meeting this morning. I asked for honey as I dont take sugar or milk and was told that I need to pay extra.
I could not believe it! Their toast did not come with any butter or jam... apparently you have to request for it. Is wimpy not a franchise? Surely there are standard operating procedures! Why would you want somene to pay for a teaspoon of honey while you are not refunding them for the sugar or milk they are not having??? Wimpy... please enforce your procedures across all franchisees.
