We decided to go and have sushi at Parrots Kollenade. We were a party of 5. We waited 15 minutes before a drinks order was taken. There were no ashtrays on the tables. When our drink finally arrived, some drinks were not there. So we sat and waited again. Eventually we decided to get up and look for the manager, and that was the last we saw of him. We ordered sushi, and waited and waited and waited. After an hour, the waiter came to inform us that the sushi we ordered was not on special for the evening! We made it clear that we didn't mind, we just wanted our food. Another hour and a half passed, and my husband got upset, he asked to see a manager, but the waiter told us that he wasn't available. We waited some more, and then left hungry! the 3 other tables in the smoking section also left without every getting their food. This is ridiculous, an owner who doesn't even man up! He sends the poor waiter to do his dirty work! Never again. Worst service ever!
