We're working late at the office and we just ordered ordered a veg pita, 1 quarter chicken breast piece, and 1 chicken strips, veggies, and rice (receipt ID 1037948). Firstly, i received good service and staff were well mannered and friendly. However, the quality of the meal left alot to be desired. The veg pita was underfilled compared to the Nando's branch i normally buy at (Reservoir Hills Mall), the chicken breast piece was smaller than expected and the rice in the Chicken strips was dry and had less sauce (we requested extra sauce. We're not looking for a refund, so please take this as constructive critizism. Its really not fair to charge a premium price for a product, that lacks premium quality that we've come to expect. Nandos Reservoir Hills Mall and Nando's Galleria really live up to expectation and i think that Nandos Mt Edgecombe can strive to achieve that level of quality... Thank you.
