I went to Macdonald mall@carnival on the 24th - 11 - 2013, when we got to the drive through the staff didnt even say welcome to Macdonalds, the lady was rude and she constantly raised the tone of her voice. She was rude and not friendly at all as is the service i have come to expect. Furthermore they didn`t have hot and spicey sause.
On the 4th -11-2013 i order a kids meal from Macdonalds they mixed up the entire order instead of a coke i got a juice inbstead of a chicken burger i got a beef burger, furthermore i ordered 6 cones this expected me to hold six cones and to still drive at the same time. They don`t even have a holder for cones.
The staff at this Macdonalds are completely in compertant there english is bad, there memory even worse and if i when i requested the manager ou my, this guy was so stupid we haad to explain to him trice what the issue was before he could even make sense of it.
I hope no person has to deal with such poor service at any Macdonalds cause i love Macdonalds but this mall@carnival Macdonalds service delivery is below poor. It is
