Mcdonalds in Durbanville has no customer service what so ever, we went there on Saturday we ordered the new breakfast X 2 one with orange juice and one coffee, we repeated the order 3 times and the lady said she got it like that, we received the order and only to find that she only rang up one meal and a orange juice with a coffee. The manager didn't apologise she just looked at us and said we need to pay in the difference and had to swipe our card again.
On Wednesday we ordered 2 big mac meals we got both burgers with one patty on. Again the manager didn't apologise nothing as i confronted her about the wrong order she got rude and raised her voice although i was polite about it.
Yesterday night i ordered a coffee and a couter pounder meal with coffee, the lady who took the orders laughed repeatedly i couldn't even finish one sentience, i had to repeat the order 5 times before we could finally pay, we received the order, my coffee was ice cold so i ask them to change it for me, the lady said i must park they will bring it out to me, 20 min later still nothing, we went to the window and she was standing with the coffee in her hand, again the manager didn't apologise.
