I ordered a Steers delivery on Sunday night since it is convenient... as always. I have been a very loyal customer of Steers Honeydew Village to such an extent that when I phone in, the people know me and what I usually order. Deciding on your current promotion - 100% Double or nothing burger, I ordered 3 x beef specials and 2 x chicken orders. Upon delivery, and halfway though the meal of the chicken burgers, the chicken was completely raw on the inside. That is an extreme health hazard! I cannot believe that the chef would actually send out a burger like that as they should have AMPLE training on how to prepare food. Granted that I was offered for the half-eaten burgers to be collected and replaced, I think this matter should be raised. And sadly this is the second instance in a row that has happened - the previous time one of the ladies working their had such a attitude that I was completely appalled! I'm extremely disappointed that my favourite fast food outlet could let me down to such an extent... and twice in a row at that?
