We had lunch at at Nando's in Sunninghill today (15/11/2013). We ordered our meal, when we were served we discovered a piece of hair in the meal. Upon returning the meal to the manager we were told that 'None of the staff here has that type of hair and its an act of nature..." which shocked us as the table where we were sitted was next to over 5 memebers of he's staff, meaning we could not have planted that hair in our own food. Now this is not the type of customer service that Nando's has provided before as the manager did not even bother offering an apology or coming to our table as I had personally asked to speak to him. Instead he hide in the office until we left. This is unacceptable and down right rude, had he been a proper manager he would atleast have offered a simple apology instead of acting as though it was our fault the hair was in our food. This has left a bad taste in my mouth as i work for a company that uses Nandos frequently for our meetings.
