I am not impressed with the services spur gave on Sunday. The first problem is they waiters have no patience, and are very rude. I got pushed aside and ignored by a few people at the till when i went to pay. I also stood around for 2hrs at the till trying to get my payment sorted out with my card because their systems were faulty. Problem two, it took about 50mins to get served by our waiter. I don't think it is right that the waiters are dancing around to 2 very long songs instead of doing their jobs. No other spur has done this. there is no need for the dancing around, infact it actually ruins the vibe of the restaurant. The songs are very loud and i there is no need for every waiter to dance around especially if they have costumers waiting to be served. Costumers come first. Sorry but i feel that spur pavilion is not a nice place to go and i would rather support another spur than ever go there again.. They attitude and the lack of service is disgusting.. I honestly feel that i should not have had to pay for my meal because i had to go out of my way the next day to deposit money into their account because of their system failure
