Complain - Bad Service at Glenwood KFC

I contact KFC Glenwood and made my order at 14h03. At 15h01, I realised that they have not delivered my order and i call them again and was told that a manager wil call me back. Manager did not call back in 15min and I call them again and the lady at the Call Centre Ntando told me she ask the store manager to call me. I asked Ntando to speak to her manager and she told me that she was in meeting. I said to Ntando i will wait for her manager or store manager to call me. Now i just received a call from the store manager with her attitude saying do i still want my order. i have never experience such shocking service in my whole life. I need your management to take this up with these incompetence staff members., HUNGRY AND STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER.
