Complaint about the putrid service at Nino's Pavilion. I ordered a nacho's plain option from there yesterday and specified 4 times: no strips at all, not even the veg strips because I know how these orders go wrong. 40 minutes later the food arrives with chicken on it. I deliberately break a few chips at the bottom and call the waiter to show him the chicken. I then told him that I am a vegetarian and cannot eat meat and would like a new one and not have them pull off the chicken from it and give it back to me.
10 minutes later he arrives with a plate of nacho's with half of each of the dip missing and you could clearly see that it was scooped out. Another layer of chips was added over the original layer to mask together with cheese.
I looked for the chip which I had broken and lo and behold, there it was all crushed into smaller bits where I had left them.
Now just over an hour later and we are offered a new one to be made. As you would imagine, we respectfully declined resulting in the waiter bring the bill, telling us that we don't have to pay for the food, he will ask the kitchen to pay for it we can just pay for the drinks.
As a vegetarian for 28 years, I am not happy.
