Yesterday, on Thursday. I went to KFC at President Hyper and it was 09h30pm when I arrived and I was not aware that the shop had already closed. I was not made aware either because the door was open and I just walked right in.
On my arrival, the employees just started laughing at me and I did not know the reason behind that. So I asked why they were laughing and they continued and then asked me if I cannot read. When I question the reason behind that, they asked if I can not read to see that the shop is closed since 09h00pm.
When I asked the Supervisors namely: Susan and David to call the shop Manager for me they refused and joined the others in laughing at me and showed no respect. They should be a leading example and show the others how to treat a customer, instead of joining them in doing the wrong thing.
I was told the Manager is not available and so there is nothing that can be done. They even went to an extent of hiding their name badges but I saw them in the end.
The employees continued laughing throughout this whole incident and showed me no RESPECT
I am utterly disgusted with the level of service that the so called supervisors give in front of their surbodinates.
