I bought a slice of carrots cake from Newscafe on monday the 04th dec 2013 only find that it had gone off to the point that it had some oozing in the centre, I took it back and Roxy the manager promised to give me a fresh one the following morning. I called her the following day and she kept saying they were still baking the cake and finally she says it will be ready @5pm I should come and get it the following morning which is today wednesday 6 nov 13. She didn't even have the decency to come and tell me herself. She sends out a waiter to tell me that the cakes weren't delivered so I can either have chocolate which I do not like or wait another day and when I asked for my money back she says they don't give back refunds... This was appalling and disgusting service. I'm supposed to wait 3days for a slice of cake!!!
