HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE BEFORE!!

AFTER GETTING MY ORDER COMPLETELY WRONG, AND DENYING IT, THE MANAGER (LESLEY) COULD DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RESOLVE IT, AND PROMISED TO RESOLVE IT THE FOLLOWING DAY. WELL, IT IS NOW 1PM AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM LESLEY. I HAVE NOW PAID FOR DINNER- DID NOT GET WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR, COULD NOT EAT THE DINNER-WHAT NOW.!!?? THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. AFTER TELLING LESLEY TO LISTEN TO THE RECORDING OF OF MY CALL WHILST PLACE THE ORDER AS LESLEY AND THE OPERATOR WAS CONVINCED THAT I WAS AT FAULT, SHE INFORMED ME THAT THE CALLS ARE NOT RECORDED. NEITHER LESLEY (MANAGER) NOR REN (OPERATOR) COULD ADVISE ME WHETHER THEY DELIVER IN MY AREA AFTER 6PM. AFTER CALLING BACK TO COMPLAIN, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK-WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN AS I HAD TO CALL HER BACK. THE MANAGER ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD BE FIXING THE PROBLEM TODAY, WHICH STILL DID NOT HAPPEN! IS THIS THE WAY YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS- HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTIONS ACT?! -I SUGGEST THAT YOU RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.
