Dozens Bakery
Bad Service and Refusal to offer fair service

I walked into the Dozens Baker in Claremont along the main road and joined the queue. There was only 1 lady behind the counter. There were about 2 people in front of me and soon after 2 more people followed. Before my turn, 2 ladies walked into the bakery and proceeded to jump the queue straight to the front, the lady clearly seeing this decided to serve them despite me being next in line. I INQUIRED WHY SHE IS HELPING THEM FIRST WHEN CLEARLY THEY JUMPED THE QUEUE, there was no response. Eventually when I was served, after placing my order, the lady completely refused to assist me any longer simply because I made an oral complaint as to why she was allowing "her friends" to jump the queue, she then decided to put my orders of 2 plain Danish pastries, 3 chocolate doughnuts and a pie aside and told me that she refuses to assist me. EMPLOYING CHEAP LABOUR WHO LACK COMMON SENSE AS TO CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS IS AGAINST THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, let alone the CONSTITUTION. She cannot apply an arbitrary discretion as to who to choose to serve, in manner that is based on her insecurities and poor training in customer service. I demand an apology from her in person, I did not get her name.
