We visited the Spur in Fordsburg last night, the 31 Oct'13 (as we regularly do). We always eat at the Spur cause it is the only time we can enjoy a meal while our kids play in the kiddies area, which to my knowledge is supposed to be supervised, it that not the reason why you have 2 ladies in the area who are supposed to be watching over the kids.
My 2 year old toddler was playing in the kiddies area and the next thing we heard this high pitched scream and intense crying followed. My husband and my mum rushed to the area only to find my 2 year old laying flat on her back and she had hit her head and she looked dazed. The 2 ladies did not even bother to help her or see if she is alright. My husband had to squeeze himself thru the the tiny opening to get to my baby. The 1 lady was sitting at the kiddies table busy sorting out pamphlets with no care in the world. WE got such attitude when we asked "But arent you supposed to be looking after the kids". The manager was called and all he could say was we sorry, that's it.
I am really disappointed in the DONT CARE ATTITUDE and wont be visiting you again.
