It was the Sunday and the store looked to have enough team to deliver for the day. me and my girlfriend waited 35 min after we have ordered and we found other customers waiting for a very long time. while we waited there was a lot of bad attitude from employees to customers like I kept on hearing we don't have change with some attitude voice and you would swear its a customers problem not to have change. employees talking to each other about customers. It was a mad house. One thing for sure I am not going to that kfc again. Its sad that people take a vow to serve the customers during the interview and they end up not even putting an effort toward keeping that vow.
