Hi
Me and my family on Saturday 26 October went to have a birthday party at the restaurant and we had made a booking earlier in the week.
We arrived to a waiter that was useless and also no bread and butter on the table, then no bread with 2 starter meals which come with bread (snails and trinchado).
Then the waiter was changed as we complained and the manager was enjoying his supper while we were unattended.
We then ordered mains only to find out there was no salmon and this was the reason for going to the restaurant as the birthday woman wanted sushi with salmon.
We then ordered and my meat was made wrong and I just then decided beater leave it as there was other problems with other orders already so at the end we then called the bill just to be told the card machine was not working and we must go draw cash to pay by the waiter WHO was the same one who started the bad ordeal.
This meant that one off us had to drive to find a ATM and in that time the manager was called who then got a machine to work but was not very interested to help us.
I on returning home sent a email to adego head office but still up to today have had no reply.
I feel it was a waist off cash.
