Poor Service from the Dros Manager Waterfront

Poor service from the Dros manager in Richards Bay waterfront
28/10/2013 @ 10:00 we go down to the Dros for a meal, this is what we found
We order a ginger square, we get (Ginger Ale, Bitters, Butlers Ginger)
This is what we should have got:
1 tot ginger liqueur
1 tot brandy
Ginger ale
Mint
Cherry on top for garnishing
Then onto our food, we order Farmhouse, Traditional and 2 Dros burgers, 30min later we get only 2 Dros burgers, after eating my burger 3/4 of the way I stand-up and go to call the manager to find out where the rest of the meal is 10 min later no manager, go back to my table eat the burger finished, then only does the rest of our order arrive, still no manager once the two women were about half way into the order does the manager arrive and ask what is wrong
I told him not to worry I will e-mail the Dros franchise to sort this out and give me a full refund
