I arrived at KFC at about 15h10pm, the service was friendly as always. Again the restaurant was clean and tidy as always, however as always the food was terrible. This KFC opened only a few months back and after 5 separate occasions I have always experienced the same thing.. Food that tastes like they prepared it yesterday... It is never fresh, hot or satisfying. I ordered a small pops, small chips and a kids juice as well as 2 x Cheesy BBQ Twister meals and made the request to swap out the BBQ sauce for Zinger sauce. Imagine my surprise to receive a tray holding 2 x Cheesy BBQ burgers with Zinger sauce??? When I said they were meant to be twister meals I got little to no response and no meal resolution offering. I just shook my head and took them... If I had wanted burgers with Zinger sauce surely I would have asked for 2 x Zinger meals??? Again the chips were ice cold and cardboard like and the burgers were even worse. My 16 month old did manage to eat a few of the Pops which were ok I guess, my wife actually resorted to eating her chips as the burger was so bad. We threw ours in the trash - not even good enough to give away... Shame KFC
