Had such a bad experience at John Dory's East London, I especially went there this morning to book for 1pm, we got there a little before one, we waited for our food for an hour and eventually got so angry as people that arrived after us were getting their food!!! we called the manager who told us to wait another 5 to 10 minutes and our food would be ready and he would give us R100.00 off the bill... after waiting another 25 minutes we were livid and asked for the bill for our drinks and left!!! while waiting for our food I noticed I had three missed calls on my phone and recognised the number as John Dory's, when we arrived I gave my name to the "hostess" I phoned and watched what would happen, the phone rang for quite a while when one of the waitress' called the "hostess" she lifted the receiver, I heard the fax line and we watched her put the phone down without saying a word. Absolutely disgusted with the place!!!
