Service not up to standard

I placed and order for 1/4 piece of chicken n chips with a coke, as well as giblets and a roll, and specified i would like my order with extra sauce on my chicken. When i picked up my order, there was no extra sauce the chicken was dry, the food was cold. There was no butter knife for the roll, but they gave me a fork? (what would i do with a fork?). Then to find out there was no Serviettes and a straw. it might be little things, but its the service that counts. Terrible service!!!
