On Sunday (20/10/2013), my family and i visited the Nandos @ Balito
Part of the order was 3 veg burgers with cheese and 1 veg and Holumi wrap
i was asked if i wanted Coleslaw or salad with my wrap and i chose coleslaw
the waiter then advised that there i sno coleslaw and i then chose sald
Our orders came back and 1 burger had no cheese, i got a wrap that had no holumi just soya.
long story short, i calle dthe manager Nonthando and she basically said they were following the receipt and i must have been misunderstood.
She was very rude and unapologetic, it did not phase her that there were so many errors on that order or that a customer was not happy.
she dismissed my concerns and later just said what should it be
i have never experienced such uselessness in Nandos before
