I ordered a 6 piece family meal (6 pieces for a reason) and to our surprise when opening the paper bag to "dish up for dinner" at home we only received 5 pieces, we were not going to get in the car and drive all the way back to the KFC as it is out of our way and quiet a distance from where we live so one of us had to sacrifice and only have 1 piece of chicken as there was only 5 pieces in the bag.

i suggested you ask your staff to please CHECK and ensure that we are being served what we are paying for hence why we pay a price for a certain amount of pieces.
