Ad management bad service

I have been to this kfc a number of times because it is close to where I live.
There has never been a visit where I wasn't disappointed by bad service.

From bad attitude of staff, to simple bad management.

The drive-through is pathetic, it is supposed to be a faster alternative to going into the actual store however I have waited over an hour in this cue before.

There have been numerous occasions of the staff getting orders wrong.

On one occasion I was told there was no fanta orange, only pineapple, and was asked if I wanted the pineapple, I said yes, made and paid for the order. Only to be told there's no fans pineapple as well.

On my last and final visit, I ordered and paid for a tower burger through the drive-through (after 30-40mins) of waiting, then when getting to the point of collecting my food, I was told that I need to wait, get out of the que, and the meal would be brought to me, after 20mins waiting in the partying my meal finally arrived. I confirmed the meal with the guy (I should have checked myself) and drove home only to find that I was given the wrong meal. I had to drive back.

Total disappointment every time
