Good day

I Just want to bring this to your attention a real put off experience my husband had this morning (16/10).

He had stopped at the Wimpy at the South Gate Mall in Johannesburg, ordered a coffee and a breakfast meal.
When served to him, he had noticed that there was human hairs (Not hair, HAIRS) on the bacon. Just hearing that makes someone want to throw up.
The manager of that restaurant was notified. He apologised, however went on to say that he cannot be everywhere all at once, hence I do not believe that he was sincere in his apology.

I will make sure that this is escalated to the relevant person at Wimpy because this is a major concern and a news flash to everyone. You are dealing with food and there's absolutely no excuse for something like this.
Seems that we are taking a risk eating at your restaurant and the staff that's responsible for making the food, serving the food and managing the place at Southgate mall definitely are overlooking major health and quality issues.

I'm sure that you do have standards that you wish to keep up with, so all I ask is that you address this situation to avoid another disgusting experience like this.
