I called in to place an order for pick up, a guy by the name of Liberty answered my call and took down my order, i asked im when it will be ready he said 10.30, i got there at 10.50, my food was not ready and the ladies there told me they are only starting to prepare at 11! i told them liberty told me 1030 beauty says he was not aware!!! they go on to make my food, as i pay, i notice liberty got my order wrong!! anyway the lady corrects it, i pay and leave, as i am unpacking i realise they did not pack everything, i call them and they say they will send a driver, the driver comes but not with the missing order! i had to call again and after a long discussion another driver brought the right missing order, this is about an hour after i left nandos!! this is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong, everytime i order from this nandos they never seem to get anything right, i have to go back and forth with them until i get what I PAID FOR!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am tired of this nandos and i will probable never go back there again, i would rather drive further than go through this nonsense again!!
