I went to a KFC Drive Thru @ Protea Glen on Sat 26/01/2013. I placed my order at exactly 10:48pm, 20 mins later I still hadn't received my order and was stuck in the Drive Thru. I asked the lady who I had placed the order with what was the prblem as I cant be waiting for 20mins for a simple "Streetwise 2 and 4Zinger Wings", then she just laughed and said she doesn't know WHAT? I got so irritated and walked to the collection counter where your store manager had an altercation with another customer for the same reason, then the manager just walked away while the customer was talking to him. I was met up by the lady at the counter and asked her what is the problem cause we have waited for long periods and we don't know what is happening. She apologized and said that they are having a problem. Now my question to KFC is, what happened to customer service, if they had a problem with the machine or the stock, would it have been too much to ask as a customer for one of your staff members to actually come out to the Drive thru and inform the customers of the problem you are experiencing? I am quite certain that would have made a big difference. The IDC attitude didnt help either.
