I ordered loaded fries from this store and when placing my order, asked the cashier to ensure they had enough sauce, because the last time I had ordered from them there was a very small amount. She agreed, but when I checked my order, there was still only a small blob of sauce, with about 80% of the fries being dry. I waited to speak to the cashier, when another cashier interjected, and when I complained, she rolled her eyes, clicked her tongue and called for the next customer. Maggy explained that they had used a spoon of sauce and that she couldn't help me, at which point I pointed out that I had ordered loaded fires in Centurion before, and they had done it differently. The fries were actually loaded and appeared the way they did on the promotional material. The "manager" was called and she spoke to me in Sotho (which I don't speak). I told her I did not understand, and she turned and mocked me going, "I do not understand". She then told me that there was enough sauce, and I offered to pay for more. The chips were snatched away and she, complaining and gesturing towards me the entire time, returned the chips to the kitchen. I was mocked and ridiculed by all the cashiers.
