This Morning 10:27 05/10/2013 I went to Mcdolds Mitchells Plain drive through for breakfast and asked if I could swap the hashbrown in the meal for something else. The lady over intercom was cluelss and couldn't help me, I spent 5 minutes explaining to her. Eventually she told me to go to window where they take payment. At the windowsame story! How can people not understand I want a breakfast with NO hash brown and wanted to replace the hashbrown with something else to make up the value of Meal! Accordding to them it could not be done and if I had fries with meal, I would have to pay R36 for my breakfast meal! So eventually I just took the breakfast meal, but they were so annoyed with me that they never even asked how I likemy coffee. They just made it with milk! Since I'm lactose intolerent, this does not help me!!! What a disgrace!!! I'm disgusted that after speaking to 3 people, no one could assist! I asked for manager but no one came. When I took my meal. I aske them about the coffee, and all they said was, 'u should've told us u wanted your coffee black!!! Thank you so much for the digraceful service mcdonalds m/plain. I think u should take notes from mcdonalds in kenilworth!
