My wife and I had visited Nandos Trade Route Mall on the 28th of September. We were greeted with a warm smile and a very friendly lady (I forgot her name now). She was really helpful and friendly, and even congratulated my wife when she seen she was pregnant. She was very patient when we were undecided on what to order, but advised us accordingly. She had told us that the food will take about 6-8 min. I thought she was lying because the restaurant was very full. But lo and behold, within 6 min my hungry stomach was being filled, and all of the serivce was done with a smile. There was a table with a family of kids who were throwing the salt all over and making a mess, but despite that, the cleaner said that they are just kids, and cleaned the place with a smile! I wish that all places could give this great service! My wife said I should add this, Nando's say they pride themselves in good quality and service, and boy, did they live up to it!! We had such a great experience that we decided to go there again the very next day, and yet again we received excellent and friendly service!!! Beeeeg thumbs up!!!
