I called KFC Kokstad Main street branch wanting to place a delivery. When I enquired whether I will receive a full chicken with the meal ordered (The Family treat - 8 pc). The cashier told me I cannot demand it I have to ask her nicely. When I asked to speak to the manager she refused to call her and also refused to give me her name (cashier). Its not the first time I have gotten bad service from this specific store. The last time I ordered my meal I waited one hour for the food and to top it off it was the wrong order. I am truly disappointed with this specific store when in other cities that we have never had an issue with rude employees
