Last night my girlfriend and I went to the Els park Nandos where I bought only one hot chicken wrap for her and a coke for me to take out. Our order number was 99 and they were only serving 60 something when we sat down at a table to wait (most of the restaurant was filled with people waiting and not eating!!). After about 15 min I got up to ask for my coke to drink while I wait at which point I saw a hot wrap in the window not being dealt with. 10 minutes later I got up to enquire about said wrap and was asked for my order number. When I said 99 the servers suddenly realized that my order of only one wrap had been sitting there for an excessive amount of time. When I complained about poor service the server replied very rudely that my order was the last one and he didn't see the order!! I told him that my wrap had been sitting there for 20 min and they should have by now realized that and looked for the order to which it belonged, to which he replied again in a loud voice and very rudely that he hadn't got to that order yet! A compete lack of tolerance and thoughtfulness, not to mention TERRIBLE customer service. Why must you server be told to use his head before he does?!
