I am buying my bread rolls at M Squared Bakery for the past years. The quality of their products is good and prices are reasonable.
On 19 Sep at approx. 10 a.m. I went to the bakery to buy my favourite rye bread rolls. I noticed that they were unusually small. I pointed this out to one of the till attendants. He referred me to the manager/owner of the bakery. When I asked him why the bread rolls are so small he replied "We made them small on purpose because we knew you were coming today so that you can complain about it." What an arrogant and useless comment for a regular and loyal customer!
I am under the impression that business must be too good at M Squared Bakery and they don't want my business anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if other customers had similar experiences with this bakery.
