After posting a comment here https:///nandos/complaints/food-poisoning-and-unedible-kiddies-burger-1140576 and posted again after no response I re-posted again that the situation was never followed up on a lady from nando's customer care phoned me on 12 Sept to say that she will be getting back to me the following day with a reply. I have still not heard anything from her. I have been told by 5 different people from 1 June 2013 that someone will get back to me about my complaint. I have no words to describe the lack of service from nando's. I believe the fact that Nando's "responds" on hellopeter is just a front and there is no real follow up as in my case.
