To celebrate my Birthday, I decided to go to Primi with a group of friends. I booked a table at Primi Eastgate for 20 people for 14h00 and that day, as life happens, time wasn't on our side and we arrived there at 14h27 to be exact. When I went into Primi to get shown to our table, they told me it had been given away.
Is it not common courtesy that if a customer has booked a table for a set time, the restaurant should call the customer and ask if the customer would still like to have the table booked or if they can give it to someone else OR give the customer time until they give the table away.
The so-called Manager (who I'm sure cannot even spell Manager) was utterly rude and so was the Owner of the restaurant.
Thank you for nothing, Primi, Mantovani's provided much better service AND food!!
