I experienced very rude, unprofessional and terrible customer service while trying to purchase from this store during the weekend of the South African Tattoo. Stood in a Que as the store was so busy and the when I eventually reached the till was rudely told that it was a card only till. So i needed to fall into the back of the other line to pay in cash. a wanted to purchase a water and kit kat promotion and ask one cashier if it applied for all the kit kat and told it did. But when paying at the second cash till was charged for two items and not at the promotional price. And then asked why and was told the special was only for the regular Kit Kat. I then became very cross as I have been waiting and then told 2 different things. I asked for a refund and was rudely told that it was too much of a mission and that i didn't listen and it was my fault. So rude and unprofessional. This stores was filled with foreigh customers and i think it was a terrible representation of your business. You should employ staff that can deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner. I will never support your business again as I feel you put no effort into customer service. No manager in store!
