I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but KFC in Durbanville has no hope left!
This is not just related to ONE incident, but EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Every time we go there, they either forget to put half our order in the bag, get the order wrong by giving us the wrong burger, or they just help themselves to add a meal to the list that we did not even order! I believe this is because the lady who take the order in the drive through does not know how to use the computer. I dont even know why its there because she ends up yelling the order to the front - Not the way to do things!
This weekend, we ordered and we gave her our card to pay with. For some reason the card machine was not working so we went to the front window to pay. The lady there gave us this horrible attitude, and basically shouted at as - Why didnt you pay at the first window? She then also gave us the wrong orders - AGAIN and gave us the worst service ever! Since when do you shout at your clients?
From the moment you order to the pickup, the service is so unproffesional.
Do you even train your staff? Because I think they all need to go for Client service training!
