Went through drive-thru on Friday at approximately 16h35. Placed our order and drove to the next window. The guy at the window refused to take the card because he said the machine was down. I told him we do not have cash on us, so what happens to the order. He says it is not his business and he only wants cash. Is this how customers are treated. I had to scratch for some money as I was holding up the queue. If I had been advised at the first window where I placed my order that they could only accept cash, I could have driven straight through and not place and order. My question is, how much did KFC loose in terms of orders placed and people not having cash but to leave the orders. The staff at KFC Triomf is very noisy, they treat people like animals. Thanks that was the last they see me.
