We are regular scooters customers at Queensburgh and Pinetown &have become accustomed to the tastes &presentation of the various pizzas, so when we visited family in chatsworth, &decided to order pizza delivery from Umhlatuzana Scooters, we expected nothing less than the normal good standard of pizza, &placed an order for 6 large pizzas. The pizza arrived on time&the driver was pleasant &co-operative which in the end was all we had to savour because when we opened the pizza boxes, we found the pizzas to be appetizingly dry &sparsely populated with not-so-fresh toppings. My wife immediately picked up the phone & called Yasmin [manager]. In the meanwhile, we had a hoard of hungry kids who dug into the pizza. Yasmin took little time to display her arrogance, lack of empathy &non-existent customer skills in handling a situation that warranted nothing more than a swap out of the pizzas for better pizzas. She went on to heighten the situation with retorts like, "if you not happy, call the call centre, I cannot swap the pizzas out" & "bring the pizza in, I'll work out your refund based on what's remaining".
R330worth of pizza, half of which which ended up in the bin, is this how they do business?
