It's scary that no one from spur reads hellopete

My complaint is if you going to have some thing on your menu make sure your chefs can cook it. Not everything needs your so called "SPUR BASTING". Do you think that the head honchos even go to spur, probably not so no one knows how the foods deteriorated over the years. Why have a Eisbein special if no one can cook a Eisbein, Eisbein doesn't have basting and even after asking the waiter NO BASTING AND CRACKLED it came back with basting and obviously no crackling, here is a hint TAKE IT OF THE MENU IF YOU CAN'T COOK IT.
