We went to Dros on sunday for my dads birthday, we ordered our food and our drinks at the same time. We got our food in good time, but we only got our coffee after 30 minutes (we finished our food by then) when we asked the waitress what the reason was, she said they dont have enough cups. So I phoned Annerie the manager yesterday, she was polite and apologised but i also requested a quote for a wedding venue, which i still dont have. so i suppose the service we got start from top management and affect the staff in the same way. Really i thought Restaurants will be happy for business. Well i am sure dros wont be the venue i choose. What will the service be on the Venue day?
