I was at Mcdonalds on 07/09/2013 and upon paying for my odrer I realised that I could take somehing else. I then asked the cashier if I could change my order and she replied with a flat no. I told her that I just realised hat I wanted something else and that it wasnt even a couple of seconds and she was just persistant with her refusal and said that the staff were already making my order. This made no sense as I wanted the family box which also included the things I had ordered.
I was at the point of begging her because I could not understand how it was impossible to just change an order. She then called the coach who furthermore refused to assist me.
Im so sick of this lazy workers who dont care about customer satisfaction.
I really hope that something gets done about this and would like contact from the manager.
