I buy Kentucky from the Montana, Zambezi Junction quite alot. This Saturday we went there and we were first in line for service, everybody just stood there chatting, not paying us attention. Some of them were even standing at the back where the chips are made, eating chips with their bear hands and chatting away.
We waited forever for our food, and once we have eaten I decided to buy some ice cream cones. Once again, I waited for at least 10 minutes for two ice cream cones whilst all of them were just chatting away. I paid for my ice cream cones first and then they went off to make the ice cream cones, the lady helping me closed the till and went about her business. I paid with cash and thought "ok, maybe I will get my change when she gives me the cones". I got my ice cream cones and she just looked at me. I said to her that she didn't give me my change, then she argued with me. She eventually gave me my change, but not without a fight. I am dissapointed in the service and am horrified that they stand there and take food out of the trays and eat it whilst they stand there chatting to each other.
