We went to the spur on Sunday. we placed our order, and had to wait for about 45 minutes for it to come. when it finally arrived we started eating our meal. after having a couple of wings my fiance got a hair in his food, that put us off totally from the whole meal. I asked the waiter to get a manager - he did not even ask what the matter was, then the manager came and I explained the situation and he agreed that it was not acceptable. I said to him that I will not pay for the food but only the drinks, which he said was fine. the waiter proceeded to bring us the bill and before we could open the bill another manager came and said we will not be paying for anything today because of what happened. to that I say WOW Kobus thank you so much, you turned the whole experience around for us. Keep up the good work - I can see why you are the manager. Please just make sure that this does not happen again as this is not the standards I am used to from Spu
