Last week I had a bad experience at Nandos (Tasteless Chicken, Wrong piece of chicken etc.)- https:///nandos/complaints/nandos-food-not-so-hot-after-all-988055 - and I got a call to apologise. To which is said that it was okay because everyone makes mistakes. BUT YESTERDAY was the last straw.(Please note my prices may be a few cents out)
I phoned in to order at the Seapoint Nandos. I wanted the 1/4 Chicken chips and a roll, however the people that I was with (4) wanted Coke too. I know that if you take the 1/4 chicken, chips and a roll it is something like R34, 90. Nokuthula on the phone told me that infact it was R43, 00 and it would be R45 something if I got the Coke (R2 for the Coke) - I thought that the price of the 1/4 Chicken Chips and roll had maybe gone up.
When I got to the restaurant I cancelled all the Cokes because the meal was not R43 without the coldrink but R34, 90. Nokuthula then went into the back moaning at her work colleagues. The manager then came out (Nicky or Vicky) and i told her i wanted to cancel the cokes. With a GREAT BIG sigh she cancelled the cokes with what seemed to be such a mission attitude! CHICKEN WAS DRY-ROLLS WERE STALE.PRICES INCORRECT
