Upon arrival at home some 12km away, we realised one meal was missing, while frustrated and hungry we contacted the branch. After a heated conversation with the branch manager, spur then promised to deliver to our house. Few minutes later a manager arrived, while profusely apologising he returned the payment for the meal in full and gave us the meal we ordered free of charge.
