Yesterday my husband placed an order online and paid via credit card. we also opted for delivery. After waiting for 45 minutes I checked if the delivery guy was anywhere around, which he wasnt so i preceded to call the store to find out the delay. The call was answered by a female who said she will call the guy and see where about he is. 15minutes later the guy arrives and says he does not know why he came late and refused to give his details however i managed to obtain his name from his badge (Nkosi). the pizza was cold and after that long wait who feels like eating??? i called the branch again and i spoke to a woman named Ms Lines . she said she could not do anytning because the recieved our order late because their systems were down, if this was true they why did we recieve a confirmation text that our order has been recieved by the branch at 16:28??? she was very rude and of no help at all. what sort of service is this??? what happened to the 45minutes or free policy??
