I visited the branch in Gateway, it took 45 minutes to be have a drinks order taken, the manager KC took our order along with the meal orders.
The meal order took another 20 minutes to be brought to the table.
My meal had hair in the pasta, we call KC and he promised that he would personally make another order for me and promised it would take 5 minutes.
20 minutes later, no sign of the manager, we query with the waitress, she bring another order to the table, before she even leaves, we notice that the plate is cold, she said that the manager had forgotten about the order, and again there was HAIR in the food again.
It is clear that Panarotti's was going to give me the first order for a second time just removing the pasta with the strand of hair.
