Saturday night my wife and I went to Florida Junction Ontdekkers Roodepoort Fishaways to buy take aways, but instead ended up empty handed!! What a laugh!! We odered a Fish burger meal, a Prawns, Fish nuggets with Rice meal and a Platter with Prawns, Clamari, Hake, Rice with Coleslaw. The lady behing the counter tols us they do not have prawns, she will top up our meals with Calamari (they are out of stock). We asked her is it possible to choose something else and she said no!! We smiled and asked if we can see the supervisor, after a while she appeared from the Steers franchise with another lady who said she is the supervisor. She then asked us what is wrong. My wife then asked her will it be possible to top up our meals with a piece of Hake because they are out of stock. She said no we can not, we must order something else in a rude manner. We phoned Leon the manager without any success. We then went to Jimmys Prawns and were treated with respect. You will never see again at Florida Junction!! What an experience, unprofessional and unhelpfull staff. I don't even speak about rude. I phoned Leon again this morning 02/09/2013 without any success. Interesting!!!
