After numerous complaints to the branch manager the service is still very poor. I had I few incidents where I didn't receive all the food I ordered and last night I received my burger that was thrown into the holder. most of the inside of my burger wasn't on the bottom bun. I am not a dog which they feed, I am a paying customer and expect to be treated like one. I spoke to Francis (branch manager) a few times but I don't see any change in the service
